The Day of Coordination wedding package allows you to handle all of the planning, with us jumping in a month or two before to bring together the final details and ensure that the day is pulled together flawlessly.

Partial Planning

This wedding planning package is perfect for the hands on couples. We will work directly with you from day one to set a budget, determine a planning schedule and to direct you to trusted vendors. We will work with you through the planning process and you will work directly with vendors.

- Planning assistance; including a customized planning schedule, budget creation, unlimited planner support and customized vendor lists.
- Assistance with wedding design, mood board and diagram creation plus guidance on bringing the vision to life.
- Review of vendor contracts and proposals with unlimited vendor communication the month before.

Full Planning
Starting at $6,000
Our full wedding planning package allows us to collaborate fully with all of your vendors and dive fully into logistics and management, leaving you to enjoy the fun parts!
What You’ll Get:
- Budget Management
- Full communication with all vendors, collaborating on ideas that meet your vision, booking and attending meetings, negotiating contracts and acquiring quotes and proposals.
- Custom wedding design proposal, including aesthetics, specialty vendors, guest experience ideas.
- Assistance with save-the-dates, invitations, wedding signage and RSVP tracking.
- Assistance with accommodation for out of town guests and securing room blocks.
Wedding Weekend
Starting at $9,500
If you are planning on a full wedding weekend including a rehearsal dinner, brunch, a welcome party or a bridal party then this wedding planning package is for you. We will handle all of the planning and be onsite throughout the whole weekend to make sure everything goes off without a hitch!
